My tip this week is really personal and short.
It's been a few big weeks!
I have to admit I am tired!
So my tip is very clear for me!I
It's my turn!
Why?
Cos I can choose to look after me, as I choose what I tolerate.
What a liberating thought. So who/what don't you need to tolerate?
