IT'S OKAY TO TAKE A BREAK!

Today I am in the Gold Coast for 8 days, taking a break. (Okay, I wrote this before I got on the plane on Sunday so I do know how to take a break!).

It's time for us to take that break, and we already have two more booked for the remainder of 2014. Sometimes we are slow learners and let work become an overriding habit or ritual.

Now we plan and take regular breaks. And since we started that, we have found our work time is a lot more productive!

Great lesson - lots of time off makes work more fun!
