RELAX AND ENJOY!

In recents weeks I have heard from many agents who are concerned about less stock.

This has given them more time to spend on making a plan to move forward in their business, but more importantly they can now enjoy some important time out with family friends.

To do this well, it is necessary to remove the angst.

My advice has been to accept this gift of time, knowing that the listings will flow easily and smoothly. You see, if your prospecting and networking processes are in place, they always do. Embrace these very special moments and have faith that these processes will deliver. If you have any doubts, then check your processes or check your mindset!

AUGUST 13 - 14. Two days with Ian working through being excellent at the basics. From prospecting, winning listings, getting marketing, capturing buyers to closing and negotiation, this is a great two days for those agents who need a boost, a quickstart, a leap to the next level.
