WHO KNOWS?
It's so easy to be an expert because you have all the facts. Too easy! And it can leave you way short!
Motivation and Emotion are not based on facts, however they have a bigger impact on the sale price than any of the FACTS!
It is more important to "read the people", than it is to "read the facts."
Knowing your clients and customers is more important than reading the numbers, so understand how much "reading your people" plays in your success.
