NEVER DELAY PLAN "B", IF PLAN "A" IS NOT WORKING!

Much is said about great work habits.

Often we find a recipe that works really well for a property, then we adopt it as the strategy to apply to all listings, only to find it doesn't work next time.

Flexibility is a powerful strategy. Plan "A" is put into action and doesn't work as you would like. If you persist with Plan "A" you might "luck" a result.

Best option is Plan "B". Never be afraid to implement quickly!
