WHO'S THE MVP NOW?

It hasn't changed, though the market has!

It's the Salesperson who lists the listings that SELL!

With a marked change in the Auckland market, auction clearance suddenly down from 95% to 30% in some brands, a flood of new listings coming to the market, first home buyers deserting the market, a delay in getting new listings home staged, waiting two weeks for a photographer!

And this saleability is always the "Listing Agent's responsibilty!

Same person, however a different set of skills.

Success is always there for those who read the change and adapt quickly.

Those who have been "buying listings" will own these listings for a long time.

Now we have a market where you have to be good to look good. It's time for listing, marketing, vendor education and sales skills to shine.
