Hi [name] and welcome to my Weekly Insight for Tuesday 29th October 2013
Quote for the week:
"The very best realtors don't rely on the market to sell their listings. They know it's their responsibility"
Ian Keightley
MAKE THE RIGHT ASSUMPTIONS!
One of the great priviledges I enjoy is great relationships with some tremendous realtors.
That has me calling as many as 70 Auctions a month ON SITE!
The success rates over recent months have been very consistent.
For every 6 auctions, 4 are easy to sell, one is hard and one is very hard. About 1:18 simply stick.
In the last two or three weeks we hear that some in rooms auctions have simply stalled. Some have 9 or 12 on offer and none sell and indeed many have no bids at all.
In talking with their agents they say the market has changed. Why is it then that in recent days, my clients continue to enjoy the same success rates as previously?
It's really quite simple: They never assume the market will sell every listing. They know they have to do the WORK! And they do!
Never let the market dictate your success. The great realtors create their own!
YOU CAN TOO!
Have an awesome week being the best you can be.
Have fun, make friends and money!
