This has been a fascinating week. 16 on site auctions in the last three days! 14 sales under the hammer! 400km of driving and lots of focus and concentration by Ian. Every property, every vendor, deserves the best I can do.

Only one property now awaits an offer. I work with some great realtors.

I am home tonight and and feeling the effect of the effort. Yet I understand the commitment I made years ago to give an insight every week.

So here I am, late Sunday evening thinking of a valuable message. And it is so easy! I said I would and so I am!

SIMPLY DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO! So this week have a clear focus on doing what YOU know YOU need to do!
