LOVE WHAT YOU DO!

It is much easier to be productive, to list and sell property, ethically, when you love what you do and where you do it!

I have had the opportunity to work with/counsel realtors who have been distracted from being truly productive because of the behaviour and tactics of colleagues, management or competitors.

In most cases their reactions were challenged with the question,

"Does this stop you listing and selling property ethically?" In many cases the answer was "No.", so they were encouraged to just to get on with it. Too often the real issue was their own reaction.

If you love what you do and where you work, embrace it and enjoy the results.

If you don't LOVE IT you have three options:

1. Seek resolution and get changes made.

2. Leave and go somewhere else, or

3. Simply let it go and get on with it! If you won't/can't do either of the first options then it can't be such a big deal at all. Maybe you need to love what you do a little more.

However, you need to remember that love has no degrees or levels. It is simply absolute and unconditional. If you want to be more productive, to earn more money, then maybe you can change your results if you learn to love what you do.

Focusing on what is wrong will simply amplify your lack of results.

Love what you do and multiply your results. Guaranteed!
