These are truly interesting times as we now have two very different markets.

Inner Auckland, Welington and Christchurch  where new listings are "Gold" and the rest of the country where motivated buyers are "Gold".

The issue is that whichever market you are in you want to do better!

There is plenty of training available, plenty of advice, mentors, coaches, leaders, examples and top performers, so that we all know what we need to do to do better!

Yes we all have enough ideas and resources to be more successful.

The only person who knows whether you are doing those things that will improve your business is YOU!

Reflect on what you did last week and see if you need to make any changes for this week?
