It's only a few weeks now until Spring and we expect the traditional market lift to start soon. I believe that this Spring will have a little extra edge than usual. With interest rates expected to rise later in the year, some families will make the move now and lock in a better rate.

You need to take action now to make the most of this lift!

Why, you might ask?

1. Don't wait for a "lift" as that means a competitor has stolen the lead.

2. You need to bring new stock to the market in the next month so seek it out now! More Sellers mean more Sales, as Sellers become Buyers.

3. Treat your Database, Network or Farm as your Garden. Go looking for what is going to sprout in Spring!.

4. Prepare your most intensive Prospecting Plan EVER and put it into ACTION!
