Yes we are marching through May and the winter market is nearly here. This is a market where we must adapt, engage new strategies, change our thinking. Too often winter is a period where our expectations may ease and all of a sudden we find ourselves behind our annual goal and targets and we have to do catch up through Spring and Summer. Let's make this winter different! Let's get ahead of the game and make the efforts of Spring and Summer a bonus so we exceed our goals.

So let's focus on collecting as many listings as we can so we are well stocked through the winter. Make a 90 day Winter Plan. Make it a 90 day focus to work at peak performance. Let's have a HOT winter.
