Deciding on your plan is often the hardest thing.
 
Decisions, decisions, decisions!
 
It was a hard decision to decide to retire from the speaking/training circuit!
 
Once decided, I implemented a plan for a FINAL tour through NZ.
 
I can tell you I am loving it. Meeting old friends, thanking people for their support over many years and sharing a few tales has been one of the most satisfying things I have done.
 
Once again I get to experience that whilst making the decision can be hard, implementing the plan can be a lot of fun.
 
So what decisions have you got to make? What are you pondering, considering, contemplating?
 
Let me tell you to take a litte courage and make a decison, then ENJOY THE RIDE!
